Who would you trust with your life?
Sadly, at this point, no one.
How old were you when you had your very first boyfriend/girlfriend? Do you still know them now?
Submitted by KIM.
Official girlfriend, as in our parents didn't have to drop us off at the movies? 16. Her name was Amber. She was friends with a lot of my friends and we had 3rd period World History together.
Presently, she's the owner/manager of a local day spa and is doing fairly well.
Who is the very first friend you ever had? Are you still in touch?
Scot McKinney. His family lived 1/2 mile down the road from the farm I grew up on. We met in 1986, when we were both 4 years old. We practically lived and one another's homes while growing up. We went to elementary, junior high, and high school together. He's plays in a couple of local bands, and I try to get out to see him as much as possible. I still go hang out with him when possible. Presently, he's in the Dauphin Islands doing a summer research project for his degree (Biology).
21 years of friendship. He is one of the best people I have had the pleasure to know in my life. No matter how much time passes between our conversations I know I can depend on him for anything.
What do you absolutely refuse to eat?
Mushrooms. Due to a severe allergy to them, I would most likely die if I ate them. The only other time I tried to eat one I was taken to the ER.
Tell us about a lesson you had to learn the hard way.
Not being honest with people about my feelings. So many opportunities passed by while I was afraid to say something.
What's that secret dream job you've always believed you'd be good at, but never gone for?

Interior Design. For a time I was obsessed with architecture and construction (and still am, to a point) and I entertained thoughts of going into a university program for interior design. An ex-girlfriend's sister is a Interior Design graduate, and she and I have spoken at length about design ideas and designers and furniture, and it is something I try to remain knowledgeable about. I certainly enjoy painting and woodworking, so constructing my own pieces for furnishing wouldn't be out of the question, either.
Sometimes I still think about it.
If you could eat anything you wanted, and not have to worry about gaining weight/being unhealthy/inhumane, what would you totally pig out on?
Submitted by Jay.
Meat. Any and every type of animal flesh cooked in whatever method seemed best at the time.
When is the last time you stayed up all night?
The day before yesterday. For no good reason.
What is your current obsession(s)?
